THE CROSS CLEANER LOADER RANGE
The Cross Cleaner Loader range offers a cost effective dry clean option for obtaining a clean beet sample for feeding or energy production. It can also be paired with a Cross Beet Washer as a precleaning machine. With throughputs from 100-165 tonnes per hour, these machines can meet a range of cleaning requirements. These machines are very compact which means they are tidy around the yard, and yet have very high throughput.
An on board engine can be added to make this an independent machine which won't tie up a tractor while cleaning beet. A chopper head can also be added to make this a single step clean and chop process. The whole machine is driven by hydraulic motors, which means less shafts gears and pulleys. This decreases maintenance costs and makes the Cross Cleaner Loader a cost effective cleaning machine. The levelling jacks can make up for any unevenness in the yard, and the machine comes with road lights and road tyres as standard for transport between yards. The hitch folds away which allows the hopper to be loaded from 3 sides.
The Cross Cleaner Loader can handle 20,000 tonnes of beet a season at a low cost. It can also be fitted with a tumble clean section to increase the cleaning ability of the machine. Contact one of our sales team for more information.
Onboard Engine
The 11 hp on board engine can drive all of the hydraulic motors on the machine, meaning a tractor is not tied up when cleaning beet. It is mounted on rubber bushings to decrease the vibration, making it a quiet machine.
The machine comes with spool valve controls as standard, but these can be replaced by a remote control system, allowing the operator to control the machine from the cab of the loader.
PTO drive machines can be provided, contact one of our sales team for more information.

Large Hopper
The wide hopper allows the machine to be filled from 3 sides. This means the machine will suit any yard size or setup, and will decrease the amount of turning the loader needs to do.

The hopper is able to hold 3 tonnes of beet, so it can take a full bucket from even the biggest loader.
